ABOUT
CONOR DAUER

As an athlete, I struggled on the court more than I expected to. I would get angry, frustrated, and at times, completely hopeless. What made it even harder was not understanding why I felt that way or how to manage it. Looking back, I didn’t fall short because I didn’t train hard enough or want it badly enough—I fell short because I wasn’t developing the part of my game that mattered most: my mind. It took me years to fully understand that. And once I did, it changed everything. That realization is what led me to dedicate my life to studying cognitive performance—so I can help athletes navigate those same challenges in real time, build stronger mental skills, and reach their true potential without feeling stuck or alone the way I once did.

Not Just Your Academic

As a passionate and results-driven professional with 15 years of experience in the psychological and athletic field, I thrive on solving complex challenges and creating impactful solutions to an athletes performance struggles.

As a former Division I tennis player and ex-professional, I know the struggles of the athlete mind. My graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, Leadership and Organizational Psychology from William James College, and 15 years of technical and performance coaching in athletics from junior level competition to professional ATP 1000's semifinalists is a short list of my accomplishments.

These experiences have given me the expertise to creatively and collaboratively solve the mental struggles that athletes of all levels struggle with. I believe in fostering collaborative environments and am always eager to leverage my skills to contribute to meaningful change.
