At Cognitive Edge Consulting, we're committed to providing high-quality mental performance psychology services. We understand that circumstance can change, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a free rescheduling opportunity that will not be deducted from total sessions paid for. 

 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund or a reschedule, and the full session will be charged. This allows us to best manage our schedule and offer timely appointments to all clients.
